The room had a newer kitchen but was horrible, tiny, and seemed outdated, maybe from the '70s. The service was extremely helpful and courteous, making our stay enjoyable. While the location wasn't as close to the harbor as expected, it was excellent for relaxing, and breakfast was a highlight. The dining experience was ho-hum, nothing exciting. Overall, a decent stay with some areas needing improvement.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms could use some updating in terms of decor but were surprisingly quiet, which was a real pleasure especially when traveling with a baby. The staff, particularly Frank, was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to assist every guest.

The service is very honest, extremely accommodating, and kind, surprising us with a bottle of champagne at check-in. The location is close to the sea and downtown Santa Barbara, quiet, peaceful, and within walking distance of the beach and Stearns Wharf. The dining options are limited, with no hot food, but cereals, pastries, fresh fruit, and juice available. The facilities are essential but good overall.
